Street Style Blog Launched By Jimmy Choo

Amateur snappers and professionals get a new site to upload their street style pictures as designer Jimmy Choo with top fashion photographer Eddie Newton is all set to launch new site Choo 24:7 Stylemakers. The growing interest in street style photography and the social aspect of sharing fashion via blogs such as Lookbook.nu has inspired the designer and photographer to launch this site where the visitors can submit images of themselves wearing Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories in a way that illustrates their personal style.

A selection of the best Choo pictures will appear at choo247.com, which can also be shared via social networks including Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. Instagram pictures tagged “#choo247″ will also feature. There’s a consumer element too, as visitors can click on a link to shop similar styles via the Jimmy Choo site.

This site can also remind one of British label Burberry’s successful The Art of the Trench site, which was launched back in 2009 as it also invited photographers and trench coat owners to submit images of the classic springtime staple being worn by everyday people with panache.
